This demo is really, really enjoyable! Good work there!
But one thing surprises me, nobody seems to have noticed that one big logo says "loDAing" :D take a look : http://artcity.bitfellas.org/index.php?a=show&id=29452
that made me grin a little :)
Ok, i was informed its highly likely it is a deliberate misspelling. Nevertheless, its funny, wheter you get it or don't ;)

In our (Exon) opinion voting for yourself or your team's colleague(s) is a dishonourable action. But we do accept the results of the demo competition at the North Party (vox populi...). As to the "exons problem", we have never claimed that we are the best. We don't even bother much about prizes, but we simply believe in fairplay and ethical behaviour.

But the trackmo itself is rather nice and I must say, I really like V-12.

Anyway, if we talk about demo... It's probbably the best demo I have ever seen from Tropyx, they did progress... it's fact and it will be quite interesting to see their next production!

@SuperNoise:
i exactly remember at one of those first NP where Volcano was compaining and playing the very best coder at the same time. sorry if accidentally i dropt you to the same bag as him :) you cannot be best as you arent EXON member anymore :) anyway, back to the subject. well, if tropyx has voted for themselves then i agree: it is lame and shouldnt never happened. this is obvious to not to vote on yourself. EOT. cheers

@Napalm.
I'm affraid you don't understand what I'm talking about.
1. I'm not in Exon at all.
2. I don't complain.
3. I'm not the best (simply... because I'm not in Exon :)
4. I have no problem with cheating, Tropyx have one.
5. I'm not yelling, I talk about facts.
6. I have no problems with reading and understanding.

This is list of facts I noticed one minute after your comment. If you need more, just call me.

Best regards,

oh my gosh. as usually.. the very same exons problem. 'we are the best and we were cheated yet one more time'. gosh, stop it please. take what you got and move on instead of yelling 'we have to release outside poland to get not cheated'. as far as i remember the same exons prob occurred on each NP party i was present on. your demos are nice, but gosh, stop yelling and complaining! no offence dudes.

"Congratulations for those who have voted for themselves, what was aganist the rules:

1. V-12 [Murdock] / Tropyx for his group's demo and for his music compo entry" - It's a fragment of text placed on the official 'North Party 10' www site.

The true is, then 30 people is on the party place, 20 of them votes and 3-4 of them votes for themselve or friends from their group, everything is possible!

I was in Exon few years and conclusion is very simply, if Exon wants to take a good place in the demo compo they have to release the production outside Poland.

Answering to Jetboy`s comment:
The Exon Dentro was in uncomplite stage, and shown at party as unfinished. I think that might was the reason to achive 3-rd place, or there where some other reasons.
Best regards

probably the best tropyx demo yet - to my liking. klax seems to be getting better too, i almost liked the tune in the endpart until it took off again. =)
nice graphics by dcmp, tho they didn't fit the whole theme of the demo at all (maybe it's me, but you can't mix strawberries and spinach, right?)

Strange - i have the same cop o f vice installed at home/work. And while it was not working at home, i had no problem running it at work. @_@

btw. How its possible it placed 2nd? The 3rd demo from that party is much beter.

@JackAsser: I always tripple check those settings before asking if it works.

@jetboy: Works fine here, both in VICE and on the real thing. But just so you know, Murdock really HATES emulators. ;) Anyways, did you enable true drive emulation, and disabled virtual device traps in VICE? (remeber those settings changes kinda random with drag'n'dropping etc.)

Can you run it on emulator? Seems neither my vice nor ccs64 wants to swallow this - it hungs up after decrunch.

Murdock, JSL, and others - finally saved the NP demo compo with their entry, palls, you made it! Maybe in next time I'll support you with some gfx, in this time I did not.

Personal greetz 2 Murdock: man, you made it in a fuckin' short time period, it's awesome ;]
Keep in rollin' : C64 scene is alive - as long as people are still making demos, when they stops, scene will die shortly.

Naphalm! Good to see you again. Tropyx activity rules.
Of course the main applause must go to V-12, though...
