Fokking love this tune! I still can't believe how good this is... Awesome!! | User Comment Submitted by Stainless Steel on 12 February 2010
Just listening to the original XM file. Must say, Owen's instruments are much more appealing to me :-D
| User Comment Submitted by vedos on 29 June 2009
@Motion: Anything for Owen and maybe even something for you. ;P | User Comment Submitted by Motion on 29 June 2009
@Vedos: Nice work for the hunting down and extraction mate! :) | User Comment Submitted by booker on 29 June 2009 User Comment Submitted by macx on 27 May 2009
Good stuff Conrad. How come this apparent surge of more-than-decent tunes? | User Comment Submitted by Ksubi on 27 May 2009 User Comment Submitted by jailbird on 26 May 2009 User Comment Submitted by Hate Bush on 26 May 2009
congratulations on the snare, 10/10. i miss the kick, though. and some substance, but that is original author's fault i guess. | User Comment Submitted by Steppe on 25 May 2009
Impressive soundwork once more, Owen! | User Comment Submitted by vedos on 25 May 2009
never underestimate teh powa of the Google. just for the heck of it i tried to search ht-rzr23.zip and behold i found it on some website! so after depacking, examining the .exe and extracting the .xm here it is: http://damaged.ihku.org/~draft/mainiopoks%20+%20tiu%20sek.xm
the (xm) tune from Razor Cracktro #23 is called mainiopoks + tiu sek

great one owen, like the cover a lot! :)
to shed some light on the origin of this tune: it was originally done by croaker of halcyon on pc. the tune was done for a paradigm intro in 1996 and got also used for the below mentioned razor-intro later. croaker used to do s3ms, xms and its, and at least the razor intro made use of digisnap's xm replay routine. | User Comment Submitted by vedos on 25 May 2009
Motion: I downloaded that intro (ht-rzr18.zip), but it didn't run on my XP. :| It just said "** RAZOR LOADER ERROR**
FATAL: UNABLE TO SET DiSPLAY MODE.".
After that i depacked it and started to examine the .exe. I found one Fast Tracker 2 (xm) song and extracted it. After that I started XMPlay and started to listen the song. What was really weird is that the tune in Youtube video isn't the same as in: http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=52833
I found some text strings and both are cracktros for Soldier of Fortune

What you notice is that this cracktro called in Pouet "Razor Cracktro #18 by Razor 1911" (ht-rzr18.zip) for Soldier of Fortune has WOTW's tune...
And the Youtube video titled "Razor 1911 Cracktro #23" which is crack for Soldier of Fortune has Croaker's tune.
In Youtube sacreleases even links into it http://www.defacto2.net/cracktros.cfm ( http://www.defacto2.net/cracktros.cfm?id=423 ), but it just gives the ht-rzr18.zip. Which has WOTW's tune... Doh! :)
Erm... And coder talking about intro being small. It was 9,71 MB when extracted. :D
And that all my work doesn't go to waste here's the WOTW's tune: http://damaged.ihku.org/~draft/ht-rzr18.xm :) | User Comment Submitted by Jammer on 25 May 2009
impressive clap and drumset in general :D | User Comment Submitted by psych on 24 May 2009 User Comment Submitted by Richard on 24 May 2009 User Comment Submitted by Motion on 24 May 2009
@Conrad: I'd need to depack it and look in the memory for that. I even looked on some mod archives, but nothing there (except his other tracks). :( | User Comment Submitted by Conrad on 24 May 2009
@Motion: Yes that's the cracktro I'm on about. Though if you read what I said in the scroller, I had trouble hearing the music playing on my own PC... would you know exactly what format the tune is? I doubt it's a .mod/xm
@rambones: as I said to andy, due to that problem I just thought something up at the end. :) | User Comment Submitted by Motion on 23 May 2009 User Comment Submitted by SIDWAVE on 23 May 2009
really nice sound design, but who forbode you to compose extra, after the video stopped ? :) | User Comment Submitted by FATFrost on 23 May 2009
Tasty Beats, and they ain't pickled. hmpf! | User Comment Submitted by RaMoS on 23 May 2009
Cool zak. Respect Conrad, excellent tune. | User Comment Submitted by Stainless Steel on 23 May 2009
Massive respect for the soundwork. The tune itself has a nice mood to it, i must agree with linus on the substance though. | User Comment Submitted by Linus on 23 May 2009
Although there is not that much substance it's still a pretty nice track. I dig the percussion sounds quite a lot. Bassline ain't too bad either. Kudos. | User Comment Submitted by iAN CooG on 23 May 2009
excellent, added for next update. | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 23 May 2009
