Awesome one screen demo with brilliant art and music. Originally PAL only, after a brief conversation on Facebook, the brilliant crew at Artline provided an NTSC fixed version so I could run on native hardware. Much thanks to them!

I haven't seen every christmas demo ever made for C64, but even if I had, I find it hard to believe that any of them could reach the level of xmas feeling this one does. Perfect.

@flex
my first impression was... I know this song from Atari ST demo back in the times... I never knew it was actually a cartoon.
Your version is so kool though - Thanks

> I honestly thought everyone knows that tune.

Apparently not. It was so very familiar though, so thanks for clearing up the mystery. :D

@Flex, you chose a wonderful song to inspire this great sid tune... "The Snowman" is the Christmas film of my childhood. Lovely work, Antti!

Thank you for all the comments!
At first there was the first version of this beautiful pic by ibux, then we started to think how to give it justice the best possible way. We decided to do a moody Christmas demo.
When it came to xmas music, to me there was only one choice... The ever beautiful "Walking in the Air" from the movie "The Snowman" (1978). A true classic from our childhood which is still today shown every Christmas here in Finland. I honestly thought everyone knows that tune.
The movie here (song starts at 16:40):

Really awesome and lovely! <3
Flex, was there some inspiration for the tune? It sounds so familiar somehow.
The closest I got in my head was https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzYUezqhE-s ("Chinese Dream" by Firefox). :D
