I don't remember fixing this, I think the credits are wrong or someone screwed up the intro?

Endsequence does not work here. Maybe that's the reason why the Laxity Fix is tagged 100% in the intro.
Even more interesting: Trainerscreen says it was NTSC fixed by Massive Onslaught. ;-)

Another version (import) ntsc-fixed by Laxity: Twinball +3F. This one was fixed by Fungus however. Interesting.
