Just as some commenters didn't seem to notice: It is NOTSCII in terms of not PETSCII :) based-on-PETSCII HiRes Charmode might fit

We never would have thought our fun project would reach #5 on such a top quality democompo. People received it exactly right, laughing and clapping their hands with the rhythm which was very heartwarming. Thank you on behalf of the whole team.
