I've just uploaded the (slightly cleaned up) source, with a couple of comments on some wasted bytes here and there. Production notes still to come.

Really cool one! Always exciting to see something squeezed into 256 bytes, which doesn't look like it's 256b (The whole point of doing 256b stuff). This is good enough to be used in demos! Nice work!

I played a little bit with some ideas ... but epic failed! :(
This is really hard and you have big respect from me! (Everyone in this compo btw) :)

Shadow: I'm equally happy you didn't accept my suggestion to require digits and a couple of key punctuation marks :)

Yes, presenting the letters out of order saves me eight bytes (16 bytes less data, 8 bytes more code to switch to a higher bit count per character for the last ten letters)

Bugjam: A shoehorn and a large hammer! I'll do some production notes at some point.

Verification passed!
I have no idea how you pulled this off, this is really amazing.
I'm glad you got me to change the "letters must be in order" rule if that somehow allowed this entry to be created! :D

Really cool, I like this one! And I just wonder how the australian alphabet song sounds like (There is something about the order of the letters. )
