Stunning and absolutely beautiful.

It give me a feeling of Hariton Pushwagners softcity, even it is different, it give me that kind of vibe. I love it. You are super great at this Joe. I think maybe them cars are a bit high compared to length and persons inside a bit small and a very high fence (atleast on real hw) - but it looks superduper anyways. Most skillful and beyond all normal standards on the c64.

Sunset or sunrise?
I like to think it is sunrise, that early morning time, few cars on the road.
I would like to see a re_release complete with audio.
Something like the theme to Frantic, which opens with an early morning road scene:

Fantastic! Could be Poland during the ‘60s if not
for the cars. The colours are amazing.

There is more than meets the eye in this wonderful pic. Code apart and lovely 50's atmosphere, we have the unbelieveble use of colors and the handling of the colors for the lights (car lights and street lamps) is breathtaking. The perspective of the houses is beyond perfection. No way JOE is back and let's take a bow. Thanks for this piece of art born just to warming up!

I'm not sure if it's intentional or just my interpretation, but the sky reflects the appearance of polar stratospheric clouds. Brilliant in every detail.

Just pure art, doesnt matter its in c64 restrictions, beautiful in its own right, in its own style. Round cars nicely give contrast against the rigid square buildings, picture is divided by the road, and the cars weigh against the buildings to give it balance. 03 dominates the colors still we dont know is it night, is it dawn, or dusk? you decide. Halos around the lights tops it off.
