I wanted something short and a bit cryptic, so an assembler command came in handy.
Trivia :
I started on the C64 in 1985 and used it mostly for gaming (like so many), but also did a few humble coding efforts.
I got back on the machine in 1998 and started making music as "Sound Interface Device" until I finally picked the LDX#40 moniker in 2002, which I also use for other creative efforts outside the C64 sphere.
And in 2018 I went back into the coding game...
