There have been lots of graphic releases lately where I thought: "this could and should be expanded to the borders", like e.g. Earth by Joe. I even tried some sketches here and there with some of 'em. Sadly I have no spirit and inspiration for C64 the last months, being too busy with my other hobby. Still I stuck myself together for doing this one. It was kind of screaming for border extension, with it's simple colouring. In the end it turned out to be more difficult than you might think. Yes, it looks very simple, but it required lots of thinking and planning, before I even set the first pixel.

In order to make the border graphic I used again an altered version of OSCAR, like in The Bitch and the Beast for gaining more flexibility of sprite positioning. Though I didn't needed it to make that kind of heavy layering like in the "Bitch and the Beast", I wanted this graphic to use the whole 384x272 solution, which was damn hard to get. One line is still left, but afaik this is the first graphic (+sprites) sized that big. Normally OSCAR uses 368*272 (376*272 in upper/lower border) for obvious reasons. There is still one glitch in the top right border. Maybe I could remove it, by tweaking the routine. But making this graphic already sucked too much of my time...

PS: At first I planned not to touch a single pixel of the original, but in the end I had to do so, in order to get proper transition and consistency with the border elements. I hope Mr. Wahid will forgive me, in case he ever stumbles upon this.
PPS: Sorry Ragnarok, no penis, though I had some pixels free to let it dangle somewhere :-)
