References:
- Ocean logo from wikipedia
- some random "military" font from the internets

Idea:
the first thing that came to my mind when reading the compo rules was the ocean
logo. (it just rocks :)) Then the next idea was to put it into the context of an
advert type of thing, by adding a short slogan. First i tried "Ocean declares WAR",
which looked somewhat unbalanced and turned out kinda crap. Then after some
playing around with different nonsense, it became what it is now.

How:
- original logo resized to 320 pixel width and pasted into top part of the picture
- slogan added below
- quick and dirty conversion to koala format using 4 color gradient
- repixeled the logo (almost) completely, additional colors, details, highlights
and antialiasing
- slogan chars filled with color pattern. the bottom row was intended to resemble
the background pattern of the original rambo image at first, but that turned out
really crap, so i moved to a slightly more dense gradient.
- Title refers to Happy Lucky Tip

Tools:
- gimp, my own gfx converter, "multicolor" by skoe

Time wasted:
- about an hour for the initial reference picture
- about 5 hours or so pixeling
