cba started to mark first releases with [pal/ntsc] but not all first releases are pal & ntsc compatible.
I tag all our releases I tested for compatibility like that. Our fixed stuff is marked with a +F tag.
A general flag for pal/ntsc compatibility is requested since ages. Might be a simple select box which offers the values PAL / NTSC / PAL+NTSC / unknown. Could be displayed in the column of Released by and Release Date. I guess there would be several volunteers to test the historical entries.

Fast job, but didi: why point out [pal/ntsc] when there is no fixing involved? Are you going to edit all other historical releases that works on pal only as [pal]?
