This is an NTSC fixed version of
Cowboy Duel +1DT [english+german]
The Shadow first noticed the bug on NTSC and posted a quick fix for it. But instead of just taking his easy quick-fix made for the original as is, I did a proper implementation on my own (without leaving the screen´switches unsynced).
I implemented an optional music slowdown on NTSC, as requested. Usually I don't "fix" musicspeed on NTSC because the games run faster there and the music should stay in pace.
