The party version was not running on a C128 in C64 mode due to a silly mistake. I've uploaded a fixed version to correct this. I'm normally using a C128D when at home, so it was only noticed after the party.

I've corrected the typo in the text too. Unfortunately our proof reader friend had to cancel the trip to the party this year ;(

Oswald: There was a version where I added a binary counter made of boxes above the figures to make it obvious that it's real-time. But all I got was a feedback like "It's nice so far, but at the ears there are still some [flying?] bugs..."

BTW - both advice and advise are correct spellings ;)

Correct spellings, yes, but correct grammar? Depends on the context.
-You can get adviCe from somebody on what to do, and you can adviSe someone on what to do. It was clearly used wrongly in that context on the screenshot.

At final ceremony, I switched diploma for #1 and #2. so Wotnau started with announcing of #1 place.. whenhe realized that there is some mistake, he checked if the guys weren't around (but they left earlier to catch the train back to Hungary). They werent so he left it like that. When Bugjam asked me why it was omited I ceremony I tried to explaing that Wontau considered this a half demo (as it was invitation and not a full blown demo), later he told me that it was actually my fault with ordering the diplomas wrong way. This or that, I should show him this thrad so he can see, that quite a lot of importan people consider this piece as a quite good one at least from technical point of view.

I really want to promote Soci's work, because the text misses some under the hood info: It is a damn fast software sprite render routine which can actually rotate any 12x8 box-art. Yes, those are possible 96 sprites after all under the hw sprite overlay repositioned, sorted, etc. in real time.
