The version of this demo that circulated on boards (and qlink) in the US had been sector-edited by Ron Smith. It was distributed as "ronscreation", and even had the music credit sectored out.

Wow, this demo shows for me that even with simple tools (8 mc sprites on the screen) a production can be really entertaining if filled with diverse content.
Interesting tune. I like how things are synchronized to the music.

The guy who coded it now works at EA, he went by my desk and watched some recent c-64 demos on real hardare and was mighty inmpressed :) i'm going to send him kickassembler to get him active again :)

He also coded quite a few c-64 games... :)

This demo fucking rules. Got it on a disk from Thunder.bird, but only recently watched it after Jucke recommended it to me :_) fucking awesome. And this is one of those few demos that don't require explanation when showing to your non-scene friends :_) it looks cool, and that is all that matters :_)

Once I heard this SO COOL music and watched this sprite movements, my stereo was bit too loud and the postman came with a delivery. I ran to open him the door but forgot to mute the hifi... He heard what strange sounds i've listened to and he looked like an ape with mouth wide open! HAHAHA
Anyway, the Music of this Demo also is used in the game Knucklebusters from Melbourne House (wich flopped by the way)

Yes.. And Iopop was the one who mentioned it to me. It rules! One of my absolute favourites. Although I think some of them tech demos are nice too, I think this shows a way underexplored path in c64 demomaking, just like Jucke also hinted on here. The workings of the (human) eye is doing half the work, so to speak, and those barbaric eyes are doing the rest... ;) By the way, did you ppl notice that the eyes on screen sometimes blinks? (Skyhawk should be credited for noticing.)

Frantic showed me this the other weekend, and I had not seen it even if I was around at that time. Now, this demo was a VERY pleasant surprise. It basically just contains 8 sprites and a tune, but yet it throws any demolover into space. Occupying around 30 blocks on the disk it dont seem like much, but it teaches us something important.
