Jailbird: Well. Maybe time to rewrite that "rule" then, like so: "If possible, always supply a screenshot. The screenshot should be a screenshot without artefacts (like CRT emulation etc) to give as much information as possible about the release in question." Will ask the other moderators what they think.

Compo organizers can't override CSDb rules with their own.

Well it's not really a rule, more than a request and a hope for common courtesy. I don't think it would hurt anyone if the screenshots would be added only after the compo.

pls don't add a screenshot to your entry

That said, I am often without an emulator by my side, so a screenshot is quite convenient at those times...

Goat is a good Goat, who likes kittens... 7.6: "you are encouraged to upload a screenshot aswell. and after adding it, check again if you didnt forget to upload the file. entries with screenshots but no file make poor kitten cry :("

Of course screenshots should be added. Compo organizers can't override CSDb rules with their own.

Screenshot is not showing anything on request of the compo organizer (Forum post: "Oh, and one more thing: pls don't add a screenshot to your entry. People who want to check should download the thing anyway.").

So please check it out in emulator or on a real machine (hold CTRL to slow down the scrolling of the LISTing).

You nailed John Goodman's Walter Sobchak character. Well done!
