I checked the original tape dump available online (I guess it's the KIXX re-release) and it hangs there too. I also checked some cracks here, some of them have the bug when instead others don't. JEDI release seems the one more stable. So probably I'll have to use its Platform Diving file, decrunch, repack and credit him in the release. I played it today by myself and yes... there's a small gfx glitch in the fencing event. About diving event it seems it randomly hangs (the diver doesn't appear on screen) and you can only exit with RUN/STOP + RESTORE to come back to main menu.
