cbmls is an ls-like lister for CBM emulator formats
(like .d64 and .p00) and old archive containers
(like .lnx and [1-4]! zips). If you know what 'ls'
is you'll find familiarity with some of the command
line options (try 'cbmls --help')

Notable features:

> recursively process file system subdirectories
> recursively process *within* disk images and
file containers
> choice of output: canonical "$" style or columns
> control over column output/order
> sensible output for cp437 or Unicode
> use with our font, C64 Pro Mono, for a genuine
PETSCII shell experience

With our C64 Pro Mono font installed and selected
in your cmd, powershell, gnome terminal, iterm2,
or any shell ui that supports TrueType fonts, you
should see a 'sanitized' PETSCII rendition of a
directory - output will be the same as what you
would see in DirMaster, which excludes the effects
of control characters like colors or cursor
movements. See the screenshots provided for
examples of how this should look.

In the windows directory in this package, there
is a brief howto on enabling C64 Pro Mono inside
your cmd and powershell with a script you can use.
