Looks like a loose demo part from some 1991 megademo (And I mean it in the best way, it is a demo effect level)

Oh wow! This looks great! Love also how the logo is build up all the time :-) Great intro!
I have to agree with Smasher: the flashing in the lower part is not really sexy. Either make also flash the upper part or just skip it.

One of my favorite entries so far in this category. Very nice effects, great music and style. I love it.

love it as it is, wonderful effect

some decisions will always be matter of taste, e.g. that scroll background flash could also fill top border (or no flashing at all) and in 24 lines mode you could have perfectly centered the logo for the sake of symmetry.

@Compyx: yeah, be offensive if that makes you feel strong.
intro is great as I said, but it seems that the scroller is there just to make the intro compliant to ICC rules and no other reason. just cover the white flashing bottom area with something and you'll see that the intro is (my opinion) better.

Really nice intro, looking good!

Quote:
pity that the bottom scroller IMHO has nothing to do with the rest of the screen.

Always some arsehole, not me this time though :)
