6 years later: I actually believe I found the first version of this release. Check it out. It's two files, both with the sys-line "TRIAD" and "TRIAD (3D)".

This one appears to be the original triad crack. The other one (Sanxion_TRIAD.prg, 42041 bytes)
is crunched with Time cruncher 5.0 (1989 tool, too new) and inside the memory there is a "MAX*" string that shouldn't be there.
This one is packed with Super Compressor/Flexible code, 1986 tool.

It appears to be Sanxion, just a different cruncher/packer has been used.
