No rewards other than the votes/comments people give off the work you have done to the original image, if that makes sense. It sounded like a fun idea when I thought of it, but as I said, lost interest. So maybe someone will pick up on the idea, make a compo in the likes of my idea, where "something" exists, and you have to build around that image (or add to it).
