Holy fcuk! Was already getting bored (morning coffee mode) while wondering what was all the praise about... and then the beat dropped. Whoa, totally devastating stuff. Dynamic af, 10/10. (Oh, and those melodic bloppy blops at 5+ minute are cute as well.)

I was hoping somehow that after 2 minutes it would be a little faster. a little more action. Maybe another great melody, but I think it would have needed a 2 sid. But all in all really good !! I'm looking forward to part 2 ...

Wonderful handling of 4x speed with some very original touches in the composition. Hoping for more soon...! ;)

Absolute top notch production (again). In my opinion, you are currently the defending champion of sound mixing on C64. Everything is so well balanced and polished. And you utilise the full dynamic range the beloved SID can provide to highlight certain elements while keeping others well in the background, creating a strong atmosphere, and a sound signature unique to your tunes. And this of course allows for more dynamic passages where more "drama" is needed. And what a smörgåsbord of little details! Oh, and the overall composition is f**n ace too.

Really pleasant tune indeed, looped for quite some time in the background :)

Also this should be filed under "demo", because thats what it is really :)

just kidding, man, only tell you what lacks for perfection(!) in MY mind, this is extremely top notch and very enjoayable music

Shit, in that case I've failed. :) I try to stay away from repetition, unless it has a meaning, but sometimes the shortcut is just too tempting and you skip doing that little variation...

was talking about music of course, that's all I try to focus on when giving feedback on a music entry no matter how cool the presentation is :)

Thanks all for kind comments.

TheRyk, if you mean passages of text then repetition was intentional, kind of like dreams can be little repetitive and progress very slowly. I'm no writer and this was the first draft that I typed in rather quickly. Apart from Mibri's corrections and slight polishing, no further work was done, thanks to my laziness, so definitely could have been better. For Sequence 2 I'll try to find someone who masters this writing shit. :)

wow, way cool!

some passages are a little redundant/repetitive but that might be just me/matter of taste, looking 4wd to more

Nicely building up and pushing forward until the point where it drifts into this endless loop. Love it!

Also the screen is great. Very nice to meet the butterfly again. The plotter does really look good, and there is some action in the sideborders, with the rasterlines and the scroller + an MCM-scroller-moment in the left sideborder. 馃槈

What a great track! I love the sound design and the dark and mystic vibes in the melody. Nice small detail in the scroller that breaks the text before entering in to the abyss..
