i agree with HOLY MOSES, great job preserving Popeye! Olive gfx is from the atari 2600 (her on this one, gfx are enhanced). second level gfx of Whimpy, Moon, Swee Pea is from the atari 5200 gfx. oh by the way Sea Hag is from the atari 5200. the rest are new to me. love playing this NEW version. thanks to the guys who brought this version over to our beloved C64!

Wow, this one really makes me curious, as I know the Atari game longer and thus always preferred it.

First try results in: closer to Atari but not quite the same gameplaywise, e.g. boxing the bottles is far easier than I rememember from Atari.

Will definetely check it out closer!

Anyway, great find and decent version, thanks!
