DO3 allows you to have the samples play by the FM-YAM while
you open up the full SID range of effects with no interference.

Is is a major modification of the original code by Polonus.

*NEW FEATURES*

- Fatal bugs removed and code very largely overhauled
- Use SID or FM-YAM to play 4-bit unsigned samples.
- Use FM-YAM to play 8-bit signed or unsigned samples
- Load samples into more memory areas
- Load and save sets of samples
- Save different file formats:
* MOD : Module of samples, player and sid (compact)
* FULL: Full range memory of samples, player and sid as they
appear in memory. Memory where editor resides is zeroed out.
* DAT : Just the song data, to allow small work files to be stored.
* EXE : Loader saved along with a MOD file of the current song.
Can be started to play a song without the editor.
You provide song name and author to be shown in the player.
- Load different file formats:
* Any : Load any file using CTRL-J
* SID : Load a SID file with CTRL-L
- Change drivers for digi track by simply loading the right one from disk (CTRL-J)
- Start play of digi track from current cursor position in Track pattern order.
- Play current pattern being edited
- Play current sample being edited
- Toggle sid play on/off
- Adjust SID volume (if SID player allows)
- Copy/paste pattern contents
- Delay start of digi track by number of frames to sync with modern sid players
- Editor screen overhaul
- Manual screen with all keyboard shortcuts
