some quick tech notes for this demo:

* the water effect on the boat uses a similar mechanism as in Under the Sea - Edison 2023 Invitation but this one does not do any smudging

* the sea grass is implemented using stretched sprites with fixed y positions and where the y movement is done by having multiple versions of the sprites at different y levels, hence a somewhat jerky movement

* the color waves, which are slightly reminiscent of the cruzer clouds in GULBdata , are done by Dwangi and i have no idea how they are done but they look bloody amazing

* the fake basic reset part reuses the mini-fairlight logo from Hues . it is done with sprites and a rasterbar routine that uses one of the sprite colors
