MUFFLON v3.0 (modified v2.0)
High Quality Commodore 64 Imageconverter (command line tool that converts images to the NUFLI or MUIFLI format)

(c) 2008-2014 by Crest & Metalvotze

Made by: Bitbreaker/Metalvotze (Tobias Bindhammer)
Crossbow/Crest (Roland Tögel)
DeeKay/Crest (Daniel Kottmair)

modified in 2023 by: daddlerTL (Tobias Laßmann), compiler used: Code::Blocks 20.03

modifications:
- added palettes Colodore, PALette and custom (repurposed "Faker" palette - meant to be used for testing own palettes by changing the values and compile the new code)
- fixed broken image when saturation is set > 1 and gamma value changed by disallowing rgb values <0 at the point where the error occured without that limit
(error was caused by the attempt to calculate a negative number to the power of a fractional number with is mathematically not defined)

---------

Mufflon converter GUI

(c) 2010 Martin Wendt

modified in 2023 by daddlerTL (Tobias Laßmann) - added palettes "Colodore", "PALette" and "custom" and changed code to make it working in my Python 2.6 environment
(e.g. changing syntax to work with newer versions of several libraries)

---------

The original source code of v2.0 has been downloaded from here: https://svn.sngs.de/metalvotze/svn/repo/mufflon/

The modified source code (v3.0) has been compiled to windows applications (the command line converter and the GUI).

The mufflon3.exe is the command line tool. You can see the options by just entering mufflon3 in the command line without giving parameters (navigate to its directory first).

The mufflon3gui.exe is the GUI that can be used to convert images without having to use the command line and to find the optimal parameters for batch conversion (e.g. if you want to
create a NUVIE video).

The folder "source" contains the modified source code.

All other files are required by the mufflon3gui to be able to run.
