NTSC Fixed
Q to quit game

Bug Fixes:

Score screwed up because of being BCD and level multiplier using a hex value (thanks cjam for help)
Control Ship bonus points not added correctly because of hex instead of BCD value
Bombs not cleared properly between levels if you collected the maximum amount
Levels not looped properly causing graphics bugs when next level started
Level data didn't wrap correctly causing a blank character at one seam
Sprite MSB wrap not handled correctly causing large sprites to disappear for a few frames
IRQ did not clear decimal flag and it should have because BCD is used for score calculations
Bombs "none" text was initially the wrong color
Shooting top left corner of barrier from the left didn't remove a block, wasting a bomb
Screen flashed green at startup because of level not set to correct value
Screen flashed green when returning to title screen from attract mode because of level not set to correct value
Screen flashed random color when returning to title screen from game mode because of level not set to correct value
Sometimes title sprites would not "breathe"
