minor issue: this new version fails to start the flip disk part on older VICE versions for me (x64sc from 3.2) while it works on gtk VICE 3.9; the party version worked also in 3.2

Tune 1 In Stereo has a slightly shorter binary than the previous in the party version, but siddump shows the differences are minimal hence I don't think it's needed to add this "v2" in HVSC
