DMC 5.0 wasn't supposed to be publicly released (i don't know why not). It got released only because it was leaked out to the public. According to DMC5.0's note, either PVCF/Reflex, Odysseus/Eastgang or PVT/Eastgang stole it from Matthias Hartung's place. When Brian/Graffity got to know about this he got quite angry, and decided to spread it to the public, instead of letting one of the 3 dudes be proud of being the one of the only ones having DMC5.0.

It says in the note that DMC5.0 will be the last DMC-version released to the public (again: why?).
