Summary
Submitted by ThunderBlade on 9 March 2002
This notemaker used special 4 bit "flash-pages" to assign every character on the screen an own flash number, instead of using the extended background color mode like all the other noters did. With this, it became possible to supply 15 different flashes (instead of the usual 3), hence the name 'Ultraflash'. Another benefit was that several character sets became possible - four in theory, which was implemented as two 1x1 and one 1x2 font.

Also check Ultraflash-Noter V2.0 Featuring Online-(De)Packing, the improved version I released under Fairlight.
