The original still from the movie was edited and converted in PSP to the C64-palette. I then colorized and repixeled/dithered it in PSP paying no mind to limitations, kind of.

The challenge was to the repixel it in XLFLI with the double window-solution, at the same time shifting sprite X-positions to allow for a 32 char wide image instead of the regular 24. What this boils down to is that at least 8 chars have to be regular AFLI (every 2nd line). This turned out to be a nightmare to handle in the editor and I had to recode it for different parts of the actual image.

This is currently my only XLFLI-picture ever to be extended in width this way and my way to pay homage to a great movie while challenging myself technically. It took a few weeks and I am a bit surprised no coder or graphician for that matter have picked up on the complexity.
