This is a cover of a amiga MOD tune called Acidjazz Evening created by Janne 'Tempest' Suni. The tune won Assembly 2000 oldschool music compo.

more info here:
http://www.fairlight.fi/tempest/

When GRG arranged this tune he asked Tempest and got the permisson to 'do it'. (According to GRG the tune was first time used in Vandalims news or Domination - around 2001/2002.)

This tune has been sampled in r'n'b song "Do It" sung by Nelly Furtado and produced by Timbaland. You can hear that by the 11 waveform bleeps GRG have put in at random plaves (only 3 voices on a sid you know), the arpeggios are using filters. You can even hear the lead using GRG's multipulse routine (which (as he says) he rarely uses, but he did it on acidjazz.sid ). Nor Tempest, nor GRG were contacted with request for permission or credited by authors of the Furtado's music.
