Really nice, Mermaid quality. i just love the face, the background is awesome, too. Only minor thing: The hair looks a bit too "moon-like" for my taste. Then again, i am known for not getting hair right ev4r (see: Technocracy), so i prolly shouldn't be to vocal about that! ;-)

I don't quite get the shape or the nose and it's position in relation to the mouth, but maybe I should just lighten up and remember it's a cartoon-style pic :) still very nice, I like the glitteriness.
