Works on Windows 7 too, havent tested Vista but might work there aswell. Although the volume control and fadeout is not functioning under Windows 7 due to the use of managed directsound. Moving the in program volume slider in Windows 7 will generate a unhandeled exeption, which can be clicked away.
The initial scan will not show any status, so let the program run a couple of minutes once you press HVSC SCAN.
SidTool and SidPlay playlists can be imported and then have the missing sidid and other info scanned and added.
Clicking on the blue display will cycle between 3 displaymodes. 1 standard textline. 2 glowing textline. 3 scrolltextmode with extended information.
