@Deizi:
It is a cover. Listen to:
FAME\Tell_It_To_My_Heart_V2.sid
(in the HVSC). It's a cover of the same song, originally by Taylor Dane.

@Cadaver:
I feel a break of a few months would hurt. Which is better - regular releases with up-to-date text, or releasing once a year with outdated news and unfinished text?
From a technical point of view, I am now trying a THIRD loader in the mag system. We are making an effort to sort it out.

@Steppe and @Scorpe:
The reading level of text published is based on what we receive. Everyone is welcome to contribute, particularly technical articles aimed at "older" readers.

Your reactions will be published and answered in issue 9 of Scene World, unless you object to that?

Well, I wonder why do you have to keep churning out issues rather than sorting out the problems like the fastloader first? A break of a few months wouldn't hurt, or?

Btw. Nafcom, just to make sure.. are you aware that Dreamloader uses the ATN line and thus allows only one drive to be connected at a time? When I asked about this for MW4 :) you said it's sort of a no-no for the NTSC scene..

I still wonder what my old adress is doing in there... maybe it would be a good idea removing it since neither the postal nor the e-mail adress is still valid.
I must agree with Steppe that most of the texts seem to be written rather for young teenagers than for older sceners.
The loader is quite fast when being run under VICE, I found out.
I like the menu system, reminds me a bit of the good old Vitality Mag by Albion.

@Scorpe

Thanks & will get fixed...

@Cadaver
Well, I woudln't like to take a break of the mag just because of the IRQ loader. But we are working on it!
Anyway, the contents - so I think - is more important!

@Steppe
nice that you love the magazine (thank you) but if you were reading all the issues and so on, you know that Macbeth&Merman kept and keep trying and The Dreams has been contacted and so on and yes IT IS hard and not so easy BECAUSE of the timing of some processes and the way the text has to be loaded and we can't use any other loader since we NEED the support for NTSC & PAL and all drives.

Word.

Ah, this could be such a nice mag: Windows-like, very intuitive navigation with mouse-support! Good readability and design, I just love it!

BUT: The articles seem to be written for people far younger than me, somehow I don't feel adressed. And the slow loader bores the hell out of me, how many blocks does it load on every access - 100?. And why, oh why isn't it possible to implement an IRQ loader in the year of the lord 2003? These interruptions of the music are really annoying, is it that hard to implement that feature?
