yes, a bug fix is currently in testing phase :)
It was an in-proper SID reset that sometimes (!) caused a mute channel.The game engine itself just writes all SID regs with 0 and I didn't know any better at the time (and never had that bug while playing). The other issue about Atlantis is a die hard bug and is fixed as well. Update soon.
