A software-pirate bashing on another software-pirate for pirating his software is just freaky!
Anyway, it's lame not to code a trainermenu yourself.

I personally don't understand the drama here, because crackers always rip other's code in some way. Nevertheless a cracker should be able to code a trainer-menu on his own.

You took all of it, removed a little, moved some things around and added nothing. Then you tried to pass it off as your own work. You should have asked for permission or at least credited me for it, and it would've been fine with me. Now it's just some lame code ripping - in 2014.

Needed some inspiration for a new trainer menu, looked at several nice menus and based this on one of Zyron work... Took some parts, rewrote some, added some... was obviously not my smartest idea.
Sorry for the drama.

Besides the bad manner of ripping someone's trainer menu, one of the minor modifications done to it is fatal. I originally set the char colours to white using this method:
lda #$01
sta $d021
jsr $e536
This works on both new and old kernal revisions, where the new kernal uses $0286 for char colours (there's a sta $0286 at $e536) and the old one uses $d021. So when you removed sta $d021 it no longer works as expected, and since you have 0 in $d021 after exiting the intro the text will be black. If you plan to use my trainer menu more in the future remember to fix this, also remember to give credit.

Aside from the scene drama, I always liked Pugsy's trainer menus, but this is a bit of step backwards in ease and usability.

As for the game, very enjoyable. Hope I'll be able to nail to those jumps tho!
