This magazine use to contain an "Elite List Of Sceners". When you used the FBR seq reader on certain issues, it would display your color scheme/petscii the way you had it on the boards. I was so proud to have my name on the list.

How to run the magazine, plz? I've switched to NTSC, but it still loads whole file to memory and eventually overwrites vic registers etc. Should I first "unlynx" it or something?

This was probably the first NTSC scene disk magazine, and to my suprise I cannot find anyone else out there that has any issues. This comes from my collection, and I likely kept it around because I wrote an article for this issue. I may have more. Influx is a long read but has a treasure of information in there for you scene historians. As you can see, I was part of the Influx staff, but eventually, due to Influx's vote-based rankings and my issues with some FBR members, I quit the magazine. One issue with the voting was that I felt they were "rigged" as Candyman and his staff would poll all FBR members but only ask a few members from other groups. Maybe this was laziness on their part, but they did little to correct the issue after I pointed it out. I think I quit when FBR finished 1st or 2nd when they had 0-1 games released in one month. I think other than the poll system, it was an interesting read each time it came out.
