Release id #102260 : Mah Jongg

According to the note file, this, Hires FLI Designer and a game called Home-Pac are "Light Products" - that leads me to the suspicion that these are kind of bonus files, presumably for Crest Light . Not contained in the d64 there, but maybe they were deleted.
Can anyone confirm? Also, the credits for these files are missing - I'd assume made by Crossbow?

Just spotted: The January 1993 issue of the German magazine "64'er", page 49, confirms that this was coded by Crossbow.

I've updated the release credits. But who did the gfx?... likely Crossbow aswell?
