Release id #15765 : E-Motion +3

As this is released 1990, I guess Tycoon was still a member then - his profile says he left TRIAD in 1989... Can anyone confirm?

Oh, and while we are at it: at the same time there are a lot of LIGHT cracks from 1989 where he is credited, but the profile says he joined in 8/1990 - mistake, or was he just freelancing before?
