I just notice that Hotline USA is using in Echelon the same text writer as Hotline with the same Hotline logo like in e.g. Instructions for Micro Boulder Dash and Chamonix Docs.
Was there any cooperation between the two groups? Is the text writer tool public or did they share this tool only between the two groups? Or did Hotline USA hack the tool?

Posts: 1829		 Actually Hotline USA were just a department of the Dutch Hotline. They are using Euro HTL intros all the time: Abyss
In 88/89 it was "en vogue" to have a US sub-group, other examples include The Wanderer Group, Cosmos and NATO (NATO USA = Exodus).
