Release id #166681 : Z64K Beta 3.0

I just noticed this was uploaded to csdb with a new handle that uses my real name (handle id #31122:william mccabe). I have no issue with that but should this actually be consolidated with the active account I use (handle id #30445:willymanilly)?

It's been a long time in development but I hope to finally have a formal first release later this year. My main focus at the moment is on the core C128 emulation but feedback and suggestions for improvement on any of the emulators or features are always welcome.
