CSDB getting bloated

Uhm... Is it just me or is CSDB getting bloated lately... The amount of fake groups and fake handles created is steadily growing. Some cracking groups seem to start a new group with every crack they release *cough*.

I'm refering to rule 8 under "I. General behaviour on CSDb".

"8. One account per person. It is not permitted to have any kind of "fake" or double accounts of any kind at CSDb. When found, any such accounts will be deleted, and the person behind the accounts will be contacted. In severe cases the person will be banned from CSDb."

It doesn't seem this rule is enforced - neither by contributors nor moderators...? The latest release that made me lose it (!) was Wanderhure's apology to IAN CoooG but there are many many more examples...

user accounts have nothing to do with fake groups or fake sceners. and we DID block a few attempt of certain users to sign up with their fake identities lately :)

OK, so as long as you stick to one and the same account you're free to create as many fake handles, groups and releases as you like? Got it.

well, how or why should we stop anyone from choosing whatever handle? (and to be honest, i'd rather see a dozen releases like the one in question than a flood of seuck crap)
