Ptoing - GFX style

as much as I like what Ptoing creates, I thought his gfx style was 100% his. Today I read some news about a Nintendo DS game called 'Ninjatown' and it appears to feature the same style gfx as Ptoing creates.

Then it struck me, maybe Ptoing worked on 'Ninjatown'.

Apart from the toony, somewhat stylized motives I can't find any resemblance. And Ptoing's graphics are far more superior anyway, no way he worked on that shite :)

Eh, I did NOT work on this. I was not even aware of it's existance until now.
Checked some screenshots and I have to say the gfx are "primitive" at best and lack refinement.
I do not see how you got to think I worked on this or that it resembles my style.

wec, its almost saying that a green painting belongs to the green style... if that makes sense.

I mean, not every comic style is the same, there's an enormous amount of diversity.

Why open a thread, instead of asking Ptoing directly yet personally?

I can see where this is going.

I don't think wec intended the original post to be insulting in any way towards ptoing.

He just felt he saw a familiar style and somehow to him, it resembled to ptiongs stuff.
Without any reference to the level of artistic quality involved.

That discussion is a totally different one.
