origin of 1001 Crew
What was the country the 1001 Crew is from. I first believed Germany, but that's completely wrong, the database says Denmark, but I believe more into Holland, which is also indicated by Honey's real name: Joost Honig
Anyone with true knowledge? |

hm, from reading scroll texts of 1001 demos and looking at whom they greet personally e.g. N-M / Future Projects I'm pretty sure also the members I suspected to be from Denmark are in reality from Holland. They were just in good contact with Sodan, who is Dane. |

The funny thing is that Sodan & 1001 crew used to be 'enemies', until the 1001 guys decided to pay him a visit and a gigantic sex orgy took place.
Okay, maybe no orgy but the rest is true. |

I can also confirm that the 1001 Crew is definately Dutch (Netherlands). I have met some of them in person after I had written an article about there Escos-based (borderless) demo in a dutch magazine called Commodore Info. At that time (aprox 1985) 1001 crew and their buddies TMC (Charles Deenen) and Dutch USA team belonged to the top of the Dutch C64 scene. |
