Commodore monitor C1084-D2
Hello,
I have a little problem with my C1084S-D2 monitor. The monitor is allmost the same as C1084S-D1 exept this was a amiga version so there is only a Analog RGB and there is no green/normal color switch in the front of the monitor and
Analog/TTL RGBI switch is missing. When I got some stuff for
C128 in 80 column mode,I cannot run it,beacuse the screen was flickering due to the analog RGBI mode. One day I borrowed a C1084S-D1 monitor and opened the case, the board is the same as mine D2 exept on mine board there are missing some parts for the digital RGBI and green/color switch. So I fixed the missing parts in my board but I forgot some parts near the green/color switch. There is one IC 74LS86 and few rezistors and tranzistors and capacitors. The problem is,I cannot remember the values of the parts and what else must be fixed. The C1084S on www.devili.iki.fi schematic is different but is similar to the Philips that I got now.Is any schematic of this C1084S-D1 version or a detailed photo of the board so i can finish the board?.Now when I run the monitor in TTL RGB, the screen is black but that means it is working but one part is missing. If you can help me I will be glad.
Thanks for any help

i have a full service manual for the 1084P-S, which includes
schematics for several revisions of that monitor.
Let me know if you want it.
I should have the original 1084S schematics in print form somewhere, will look for it later today.

@cosmos: as i wrote, the schematic i have is labeled: Commodore 1084P-S.
I found another one labeled: Commodore 1080S-P.
They look quite similar. |

@Comos: I hope to attend , however the monitor is quite heavy and in case I won't get by car there is no way to take it on the place.
It has got broken voltage regulator for sure , it cannot be turned on thus. |
