WANTED: Codemasters "BMX Simulator II"

i am working on a 4-player enabled version of the above.... actually a lot has been done already (and the entire game has been reverseengineered in the process :)) but i am still searching for some things....

since BMX-Simulator II (which is _NOT_ the same as BMX-Simulator Professional, even if its very very simelar) appearently wasnt that much of a commercial success some (for me important) things are still missing:

1) the title picture of the original release. i have title pictures for bmx-simulator and bmx-simulator pro, but none of the existing cracks i could find has the title pic for bmx-sim II. this is highly wanted!

2) a .tap file of the original bmx-simulator ii tape. i have asked a bunch of those tap collectors already, but noone seems to have that one :/ also, this is highly wanted!

3) some information on who made the graphics (ingame and/or title pic). i would like to show these credits somewhere, and gfx is the only thing i couldnt find anywhere else.

so...if you got any of the above, leave me a mail plz :)

Check out Stadium 64 - www.s64.emuunlim.com , titlepictures are there, not that different from the Pro-version (but that goes for the game too!), perhaps they can be converted back to 64-format or the guy actually has a version of the game with the title-pics.

If you do happen to get your hand son those pics, could you send a copy my way? Looking forward to the release of your version of the game btw.
