There's a burp maker on the CSDB. It is the Ruelps Construction Kit. I assume you're looking for this :)

this brings back great memories. i remember me and my friend called up to win some kind of tickets on 88.9 WSIA staten island. the contest was who could produce the best burp. i let out a belch from this program and the guy flipped out saying "that's not real. that sounds like a pterodactyl or something." at that point i proceeded to run the demo. it was a long on-going battle of us pranking this radio station. we never had any intention of winning tickets because we couldn't even drive at the time.
