Beautifully executed. Lovely physics on the rope, novel dithering on the backgrounds, and I jumped IRL when the spider stabbed at me when I thought I was standing somewhere safe :)
Can't wait to see the finished game. |

Don't get much better than this.
My first thought was of similar style and atmosphere to the first section of another world on the amiga.

| Excellent hardcoded animations and interactions there. Had to replay with ICU64 to see the sprite animations :) Bit of a shame that you can only scroll forward. |
