First time I hear a 'handpan' sound on the c64. Never really checked out your music. Hands down, I love your style!

I'm here to report that weeks have passed and I'm still awestruck.

Soo super nice sounds and excellent build up. As algorithm said, anything below 10 is unacceptable! Love it!

Okaaay inhaled this one :D What a rush~Superb building up. Sofisticated in balancing the energy.Filter sweep just at right moment. Contrary to what others here say I like the Snare soundalot. It is not as demanding and helps the chords to come out better.I heard a D#3 - 027 whole song so Snare pitch should be fine and sounds in key too which is highly subjective of course LOL but a little bit of theory won't harm.@Joe: little old DMC :D

I wanted to go on listening and voting to the compo entries. I can't... I have to listen to this over and over again. Shit, this is the best SID tune ever in my book until now..

Damn it, Marcin, this is brilliant! Sound design, composition... even the player screen - everything is TOP notch!

It really bothers me hearing something like this as it makes me wonder HOW.
I never fully understood the 2x, 4x (etc) concept or why someone would want to compose with such speed. Does it allow different instruments, or just higher pitching..
Being partially tone deaf doesn't help at all (I play keyboard AND guitar also!!)..

Anyway man..
This has amazing sound! If I listened to ASOT, I'd expect to hear this (I stopped listening because Armin talks too much)..
But yeah.. Fantastic piece here. Would love to learn more about the X speed thing and what it offers outside regular sids..
Also...
Forever loop mode activated :)

Good work!

What the FUCK?!? This is so beyond everything!!! And I don't even like the musical style... But that sound is ... again ... what the fuck? warm, analogue, even that "saw style" stuff in there... Just... how?!? *baffled*

EDIT: so much depth. ... can't compute.... have to loop that thing forever now ... :-P

EDIT2: shit, this isn't even 11/10 anymore. This is TWELVE!!! ;-P

Maybe I'm too drunk to judge right now. I'll do it anyway .... :-)

I feel Orcan vibes in this one, but I'm sure Orcan would say he wouldn't be able to pull out these sounds from SID. ;-)

As I told you already: Squeezing those massive sounds out of little old DMC really impresses. It sounds awesome!

Superb sounds! The only instrument sounding a little bit out of place is the snare, but it's just a matter of personal preference, of course.

People should do more 5x and higher speed tunes. Lots of unexplored sound territory there, I reckon. :)

You've made me pull out my 2SID HW from the drawer Marcin ;-) Nice unexpected ending (hope it would result in a deep house tune) and subtle hints of your steel drum.
Also neat player and PETSCII.

I'm not surprised that sounds are mistaken with samples. Sound design is unbelievable. Great job. I wish I would be a SID in your C64 Marcin.

Appreciate the technical experimentation with the sounds here. Clearly shows what can be achieved in six speed (if Ian was right about that, which I presume he is). The only sound I didn't quite think lives up to its 6x potential was the snare drum. At least if I were to judge from the way it sounded in Vice. Obviously I should listen on real hardware too of course.
