THE RULES:
- Entries have to be in simple multicolor mode (Koala, etc) or multicolor charset (max. 256 chars).
This rules out HiRes parts.
:( Shame for me too, coz it could be a great opportunity not many logos were created that way for some strange reason ;) | User Comment Submitted by NecroPolo on 14 March 2013 User Comment Submitted by snerg on 14 March 2013
Well... It was 10/10 for me last time with word DESIGN "floating" above the background. Now it has black BG behind.. and the N shade has changed for worst. 9/10 it is so wont transfer my vote dude. Anyway at first impression would risk this as the logo of all times! | User Comment Submitted by Mr. SID on 13 March 2013
How is using hires chars not "multicolour mode"? It's perfectly possible and requires no special tricks.
Isn't the whole point to use it to its full potential?
The old trick is to not waste $d021 on a colour < 8, as that's what you should be using $d800 for...
But I digress... Great logo indeed! | User Comment Submitted by BHF on 13 March 2013
Shiny shiny, just woow ! Excellent logo, no1 so far and its a 10/10 , Great work and I love the color combos here, very clever made. | User Comment Submitted by algorithm on 13 March 2013
If d800=black and d021=dark grey, then could be done. d800=00 for hires with empty patterns to show through background in hires or d800=08 to show any one of the 4 cols in mcol. Great logo by the way | User Comment Submitted by STE'86 on 13 March 2013
not in dk grey it couldn't... and its against the rules anyway. "strictly multicolour mode" | User Comment Submitted by Mr. SID on 13 March 2013
My only gripe: the background pattern could be hires... | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 13 March 2013
this one really wants to be extended into upper/lower border.... and the patterns below the logo want to scroll! | User Comment Submitted by grasstust on 13 March 2013
Well done, this is my favourite of the compo! Luv it! | User Comment Submitted by Slator on 13 March 2013 User Comment Submitted by E$G on 13 March 2013
Like it ... it reminds good old amiga days! .... 10/10! metal on metal! | User Comment Submitted by bepp on 13 March 2013 User Comment Submitted by Sledge on 13 March 2013
This logo is so cool! Censor should take it as the new official logo for the group! And while it's more related to Borgs than Skinny Puppy, it still bridge the connection between the origin of their name and the feel of this logo! Great job! | User Comment Submitted by xpo on 13 March 2013
still shining and still number one... brilliant artwork | User Comment Submitted by VoDKa on 13 March 2013
Realy nice. I can clearly see it extended to upper & lower border in the next Censor-crack intro. | User Comment Submitted by Akira on 13 March 2013
I even like this version better! The black block behind "design" works even better in my opinion. My favourite! | User Comment Submitted by Zierliches Püppchen on 13 March 2013
The old version was a bit better arranged ... but still high rating. nice ... | User Comment Submitted by Didi on 13 March 2013
Replaced the screenshot. Now it's light blue in the prg AND the screenshot. | User Comment Submitted by Magnar on 13 March 2013
This is just amazing! Great you managed to fit it within a charset - I'm also getting more and more impressed of how quickly you are catching up on the C64 restraints in terms of how the graphic needs to be adjusted and optimized for its use. Thumb up! | User Comment Submitted by Mr. SID on 13 March 2013
No it's light blue in the C64 file. The palette of the screenshot is questionable, to say the least. | User Comment Submitted by Raffox|HF on 13 March 2013
As Didi said. As a matter of fact the light blue color shown in the thumbnail is actually cyan. | User Comment Submitted by Sixx on 13 March 2013
Wow, another potential winner. Superb, really really good, Prowler! | User Comment Submitted by Didi on 13 March 2013
Already 5 votes and only 1 download. Sad people judge from screenshot only. | User Comment Submitted by Toggle on 13 March 2013 User Comment Submitted by Shaun C on 13 March 2013
What a beautifully complete work. Who needs more than 3 colours or over 255 chars? This is perfect! | User Comment Submitted by Yazoo on 13 March 2013
it lost almost nothing of its quality because of reducing the chars. good job | User Comment Submitted by prowler on 13 March 2013
This is the final compoversion, 255 chars! :-) Big thanks to all sceners who helped me out and especially CRT/censor design for the char counter! |
